Our students showed fantastic teamwork, resilience and determination during their Silver Practice expedition in the New Forest on 24th - 25th April. Over two days of navigating, walking, camping and cooking, they rose to every challenge and represented the school brilliantly. MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING PARENT WEBINAR
On Monday 18th May, from 4.00pm - 5.00pm, the Anna Freud Centre will be hosting an online Mental Health and Wellbeing Webinar for United Learning parents and carers.
The Anna Freud Centre are national leaders in children and young people’s mental health and have worked closely with our schools for several years. The session will be led by their expert trainers and will focus on supporting you as parents and carers with your children’s mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Parents and carers are invited to sign up and will have the opportunity to submit any questions. Topics such as anxiety will be included. If you’re unable to attend, then register and you will be sent a recording of the session afterwards.

📸 Year 8 Photography 📸
Here are some snapshots from Year 8 Photography! Students explored the work of renowned photographer Irving Penn, taking inspiration from his still life photography.
Last week, they worked in the studio to create their own still life images and this week they developed their skills further by using Photoshop to edit and refine their photographs. A fantastic demonstration of creativity, technical skill and focus — well done Year 8!
