Regents Park Half Term Swim

We will be holding a Regents Park Swim Course during February half term for Years 5-10. Our main focus will be aquatic skills, but we will also being working a lot on water survival. 

This includes:
Learning the main strokes (front crawl & backstroke)
Challenge setting (how much distance in a certain time)
Water rescues
