Freya and Ace are completing their work experience at Wordsworth Primary School, and they’ve made a fantastic impression on the staff. They’ve been supporting pupils in the classroom and getting fully involved in school life and the feedback from the team has been brilliant: “They were all fantastic!”

🌟 YEAR 10 WORK EXPERIENCE SPOTLIGHT #17🌟
Ruby has had an outstanding week on her work experience placement, taking on a range of advanced IT tasks and impressing the team with her enthusiasm and capability. 💻
During her placement, Ruby has:
🔹 Learned about web filtering and managing devices using GPOs and configuration profiles
🔹 Completed coding projects, including creating a working calculator in Python and designing a Stranger Things character
🔹 Gained experience with Active Directory and Azure
🔹 Successfully encoded key fobs and synced them with the sign‑in system - tested and fully working!
This is an incredible set of skills to explore in just one week, and Ruby should be extremely proud of what she’s achieved. Well done, Ruby! 👏

Stewie has been having a fantastic time on his work experience placement with Fulham FC. He’s been supporting both the culinary team and the front‑of‑house staff, gaining insight into what it takes to keep a professional football club running smoothly behind the scenes. ⚽🍴
As part of his placement, Stewie even had the chance to visit Fulham’s first‑team changing room and see the area where the club holds its post‑match press conferences - an unforgettable experience for any football fan!
